How to Download Your Designs

Step 1
Make sure you stay logged into your account. If you are not logged in, the designs will display their regular prices and your Download Now buttons will not appear.

Step 2
Click the Browse All Designs button below.

Step 3
Open any embroidery design. If you’re logged in, you’ll see a Download Now button instead of an Add to Cart button.

Step 4
Click Download Now to instantly download your design.

Important

If you ever return to the website and the Download Now button is gone or the designs are showing regular prices, don’t worry! This simply means you are no longer logged into your account. Log back in and your lifetime membership benefits will automatically return.
